Dawn tailors this all levels class for all participants... from those who have had a hip replaced, those who sit or do repetitive motion daily, experienced yogis, and newbies alike--like finding treasures at a yard sale that you didn't know your life was missing, there is something for everyone in this class! Dawn combines elements from her background as a massage therapist, rehabilitative movements, pranayama / breathwork, meditation, Forrest yoga, and kundalini yoga to concoct a balanced, lively yet relaxed, easy-going class that will help your body, mind and spirit feel refreshed and pain-free.
