Welcome! These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern your use of Sound of a New Dawn LLC / Inner Wolf Retreat Space LLC's services, website, and booking platform. By accessing or utilizing our services in Asheville, North Carolina, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services:
Sound of a New Dawn LLC / Inner Wolf Retreat Space LLC offer sound healing sessions, workshops, and other related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") aimed at promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
2. Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy:
Appointments: Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email.

Cancellation: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Specific events have a no refund policy and that is listed on the event description and ticket page. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the service fee. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice can be refunded back to the original payment method less any payment processing fees charged.

No-Show: If you miss your appointment without notification, the full service fee will be charged.

Late Arrivals: We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, arriving late may either shorten your session time or limit entry without reducing the fees. We have to wait until all are present because arriving late is disruptive once we have started the sound healing session. Therefore, depending on how late you are, you may not be able to join. Please call the number on your ticket confirmation email to alert us if you are late or not coming.

3. Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Through this website, we accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.
Packages and series discounts may have specific payment terms outlined at the time of purchase.

4. Medical Disclaimer:
Sound healing is a complementary therapy and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by licensed healthcare professionals in North Carolina. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before participating in any sound healing session or program, especially if you have any existing medical conditions.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties:
Sound of a New Dawn LLC / Inner Wolf Retreat Space LLC offer services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services or their results. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or the effectiveness of sound healing for any particular individual's needs.
6. Limitation of Liability:
Sound of a New Dawn LLC / Inner Wolf Retreat Space LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Confidentiality:
