TShirt Art and Sound Healing

Utilize sound healing to tap into your creative expression! 

We begin with a sound healing session to quieten the mind and recenter to your creative lifeforce. Often our creativity gets the feeling of being stuck or blocked and we need a little help softening the demands of the world to go within and let the creative juices flow. Brighten your creativity with color and sound! 

Janet Bicknell has hand made natural dyes for the tie dye process from coffee (brown), hibiscus flower (purple), onion skins (make a yellow or /pink dye, depending on the onion type),  red cabbage (for purple dye), beets (bright pink), avocado pits/skins  (blush pink), curry powder/turmeric (yellow), spinach/mint (green),  blueberries (blue/purple), carrot tops and celery leaves (yellow).

Dawn Sagonias has coined Inner Wolf slogans onto screens that we can ink onto shirts and help spread the word about how Inner Wolf Retreat Space and Sound Healing helps enhance life in so many ways. 

Bring your own shirt if desired and we also have a large collection from our shirt diving, treasure hunting escapades. 

Enjoy a joyous afternoon inspiring your creative process that absolutely translates into the rest of your life as well.

Inner Wolf Retreat Space will also have another public sound healing session at 6pm on this same day; people who have come to 2 sound healing sessions in one day report amazing and deepening effects!
