I invite you to deepen the well of love within yourself by clearing static from the outside world, engaging in silence for a few hours to renew your inner connection, getting back to center, making connections with other loving women, and enjoying enriching experiences over the course of this really special day. Filled with peace, fun, and joy, let's come together for renewal and remembering who we are. Throughout time, women have taken refuge in each other and taken retreat together to bring renewal to our spirits, and bring light to each other's lives. This day retreat is a time for just that and more!

Opening Circle and sharing of intentions, then we move into silence until dinner
Gentle Yoga / Movement Practice (accessible to all)

Inner Reflection / Journaling

For the same price as a 90 minute massage, here you get to enjoy 6 hours of relaxation that resources you and instills a sense of centeredness that you carry from this point forward. Return to center & reclaim wholeness over the course of a day where you feel cleansed, lighter, and defragmented.
You will experience a very relaxing sound healing session, learn techniques for intention setting and manifestation through direct experience, be supported with all-levels gentle yoga, meditation, yoga nidra guided relaxation session. Each day retreat is customized with practices to support the specific group attending. Dawn will schedule a phone call with you to personalize your retreat to support you and the group. Bring friends and support each other with this deeply nourishing reset for your nervous system. Encourage the women in your life who give and give and give, and often put themselves last. Support each other by giving yourself permission to take this time to refill your cup.
This gathering will help reorganize and realign your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs in order to create a more harmonious and fulfilling inner self. This could involve letting go of negative experiences or beliefs, resolving internal conflicts, and reclaiming a greater sense of purpose or connection with self or higher power.

Dawn Sagonias is a Sound Healing Practitioner, Yoga Nidra facilitator, and has been in the field of Well-Being for 25 years, with massage therapy, energy work, sound healing, yoga, meditation, and hospitality. She runs the Inner Wolf Retreat Space and the Sound Nest, two sound healing studios in the Asheville area. Her sound healing sessions focus on relaxing the brain to the theta brainwave state for the whole hour of sound, and supports physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual support. She has facilitated sound healing sessions since 2015, including leading a weekly grief support sound healing for 4 years, and her sessions have helped many people integrate life’s plot twists.
