Spring Reset & Cacao Ceremony for Presence and Heart Opening

Join Tammy Lord (https://www.thespiritspeaker.com/) who practices Transforming Touch / Transforming the Experience-Based Brain techniques and Dawn Sagonias, sound healing practitioner and co-owner of the Inner Wolf Retreat Space for an afternoon dedicated to a Spring Reset for Nervous System Repair, Heart Opening, and an enhanced feeling of Presence In Your Life.

The afternoon will start with a brief introduction from Tammy Lord, about Transforming Touch Skills and the opportunity they provide to repair the things that can keep us stuck. We will shift into gentle, soft movements to invite our bodies to calm and to slow down the mind. Once centered and open, Dawn will lead us into deeper relaxation with a sacred sound healing session. From there we’ll go deeper into Transforming Touch Therapy and then finish the day with a cacao ceremony to allow for connection plus time to come back fully into our bodies before departing the Inner Wolf Retreat Space.

Transforming Touch focuses on resetting the nervous system and integrating repair to the parts of us that might not have had the support they needed during life experiences that were stressful or traumatic to our systems. It can also address the parts of us that might not have fully developed due to stressful life circumstances, whether we are aware of them or not. It can also help to support the healing of ancestral trauma passed to us through DNA and our family lineage.
