Sound Healing at Heather's Massage Studio

Let worries and stress melt away as the sound waves massage you into blissful ease. For those accustomed to finding renewal at Soul Body Connection in Heather's loving care, you are already aware of the special space she has created here. For those finding this event elsewhere, come relax with sound healing at a healing massage and energy work studio! Heather and Dawn resonate in their heart missions to help others, and Dawn will be bringing select sound healing instruments to create an evening of restoration and renewal for your nervous system.  

We will share our intentions for the session, then lay back and relax while Dawn plays the sound healing instruments, then have some integration time at the end of the session.  

Please bring your own cushy pad to lay on (you may want something a little thicker than a yoga mat to be comfortable laying down for about an hour), pillows, blankets, & eye cover if preferred. We suggest bringing a pillow or two to put under your knees as well as your head. 

We will have filtered tap water and hot tea to enjoy.
