Asheville's Sound Healing Practitioners uniting for this one of a kind event! We welcome Billy Zanski of Skinny Beats Sound Shop (https://skinnybeatsdrums.com/) in downtown Asheville to the Inner Wolf Retreat Space (https://www.innerwolfretreatspace.com) for this amazing combo--sound healing followed by a drum circle! Relax and rest in introspection and stillness, letting your nervous system reset, and then rise up in joyful sound with rhythm and soul. No need to worry if you haven't played a drum or have been afraid to go to a drum circle....Billy is an excellent guide!  Bring your own drum or we will also have extra drums available, as well as guidance for how to connect with your inner rhythm and play from your heart.  Please come and be with us and the energy of community drumming! Dancing is also encouraged in the drum circle.
