Harmonic Healing: Sound Bath and Ear Acupuncture Experience in East Asheville Location   

Join  us for an immersive journey into the realms of deep relaxation and holistic wellness with our Harmonic Healing event. This unique fusion of  sound healing and acupuncture offers a rejuvenating experience for the  mind, body, and spirit, reduces stress, and calms the vagus nerve.  

Lesha Jacyszyn LAc. and Dawn Sagonias sound healing practitioner bring compassion and care to these dual  healing modalities. Each modality has such merit and in combination,  the effects are amplified.  

Guided by skilled practitioners, this session begins  with information about both methods, how they can help support you, and  optional intention sharing.  Lesha Jacyszyn LAc. gently places fine acupuncture needles or ear seeds (sticky-backed  acupressure seeds) at strategic points mostly on the ears to  stimulate energy flow, alleviate tension, and promote inner harmony.  Acupuncture, a centuries-old practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, aims to restore balance to the body's energy pathways and  helps you settle into a state of serenity.  

While Lesha works individually with each participant, Dawn Sagonias plays sound healing  instruments for about 60 minutes to lull the brain into the theta brainwave  state--a healing, meditative, and creative space. Bathe in the soothing  sounds of gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes,  harmonium, and other melodic instruments carefully selected to resonate  with your body's natural frequencies. Feel the gentle waves of sound  wash over you, melting away stress and tension, while promoting a sense  of deep relaxation and well-being and helping the acupuncture needles  resonate with the sound.  

Throughout the session, you'll be  encouraged to let go of worries, release physical and emotional  blockages, and reconnect with your inner self. Whether you're seeking  relief from chronic pain, stress reduction, or simply a moment of  tranquility, this Harmonic Healing experience offers a sanctuary for  renewal and healing. Both energy healing methods help activate the  parasympathetic nervous system so your body can direct healing wherever  it needs it.   

Come immerse yourself in the transformative power  of sound and acupuncture, receive an energetic cleanse, and leave  feeling refreshed and relaxed, yet clear minded and harmonized from the  inside out. Event includes integration and optional sharing time at the  end of the session.

Tea and water, bolsters and yoga mats provided. Please bring your own blanket or pillow or eye cover for comfort.
