We often don't realize how wound up we are until we relax. The idea is surrendering to the sounds and let the vibrations move through you without resistance. What is "Sound Healing"?I have found it to be a blend of non rhythmic overtones of a large range of frequencies. The sound current is heard and felt from inside you as it permeates your

cells. The sound helps clear and restore your physical and energetic fields.

What do we do during a sound healing?

Just lay down or sit and meditate on the sounds. Let them take you on a journey into your own being. A time to relax into yourself. It's a right brain passive experience that lasts one hour. The sound frequencies of the gongs can stoke dormant energies within you, They help enhance a journey of self discovery to your true self. Some of the experiences include seeing colors, visions, tingles, temperature swings, retrieve memories, spontaneous healing, and astral travel. The ride of your own life. It's something to be experienced. Afterwards, we can share experiences, share some tea or head out., Whatever the vibe is. The space is at the Inner Wolf Retreat Space in Wolf Laurel North Mars hill about 30 min North of Asheville on 6 acres of natural land with a creek and ponds. You are welcome to come early and stay a while on the land.
