We begin our magical day together with a welcome circle and introductions. Then we clear the static of our minds and lives by relaxing into the theta brainwave state with sound healing and plant seeds for our subconscious to make the most of the day. After lunch where we continue to deepen connection, we set goals and focus for our lives and learn a powerful technique from the Circle Maker book by Mark Batterson. Jessica will share her gifts of coaching with each person in a group setting, so all can benefit from the great ideas and direction. After all, we are not alone on this little blue dot, and something one person is experiencing is likely also present in someone else's life here too. We close the day with a sharing circle and intentional prayer.
