Arrive at the Inner Wolf Retreat Space in Wolf Laurel / Mars Hill, just outside Asheville, leaving the outside world behind beginning with a cup of soothing tea. Slip off your shoes entering a comforting & nurturing room filled with special instruments to soothe your cares & nervous system. Dawn walks participants through what to expect in a tranquil & reassuring way. The bespoke sound healing journey can be tailored to support your life experience, to support grief, anxiety, insomnia, clarity, and greater spiritual connection, among so many more benefits. Grounding gongs, timeless & soaring singing bowls, refreshing chimes, a relaxing ocean drum, amongst other instruments help us to re-imagine life & bring fresh air to the intensity that life naturally brings. Why sound healing? These instruments and the way Dawn plays them allows the mind to relax so your body can activate the parasympathetic nervous system & rest, digest, and heal itself. Dawn welcomes groups up to 38 with space to lay down, more are welcome if seated upright. Private group or individual sessions are happily arranged in addition to the times shown here, please contact Dawn. We can also host sessions instructing how to play the instruments if booked specifically for that goal. Soothe your body, mind, and spirit with a personalized sound healing and meditation session. We begin by listening to you, the primary sound instrument. Then we transition into the customized sound healing with instruments and sounds to move stuck energy and soothe the nervous system. We can complete our experience with a meditation chosen with you in mind that you can continue practicing for expanded results--like a medicine chest from within.
