Presented By Alexandra Tait & David Heiss

Alexandra Tait

Alexandra Tait first discovered the power and brilliance of Rebirthing Breathwork when she used it to completely recover without drugs from a nervous breakdown at age 24. Over the past 30 years she has explored Rebirthing, Transformational and Holotropic styles of Breathwork. (not pranayama) She currently sits on the Board of the Leonard Orr Foundation. Leonard created Rebirthing in the late 1960’s and was the pioneer of the modern Breathwork movement. Alexandra’s private healing practice is in Asheville, N.C. for the past 16 years. Breathwork is her favorite modality to assist her clients in releasing emotional baggage and come into their sacred Aliveness. Come experience a seasoned professional leading a powerful and safe transformative space.

David Heiss

David specializes in sound alchemy though blending unique sounds with instruments including many gongs crystal bowls, and other abstract sounding pieces. He has been working with sound since 2012. His intention is to create a space though sound to realize more of who you are.

David's passion is self discovery--What drives us, what hangs us up and why. Through trials and tribulations and many modalities, he has discovered that sound meditations, astrology and the Tarot are some the the deepest non-evasive methods to reaching deeper aspects of ourselves and has chosen to pursue them as his  life's work.

David is a co-creator of Inner Wolf Retreat Space, a place to help you come home to your Self.
